| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Have lost a stone since November and am enjoying proper food.One other word of warning - about 2 months after I would finished the programme I found myself getting very, very depressed and anxious, far worse than the PND I would had in the past, and when I had some blood tests it turned out that I was incredibly low in iron, folic acid and other minerals.
