| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I???ve said I don???t disagree with a basic income sort of system, but our current system establishes the goal that if you are able to work, you are expected to do so, and you get support either as long as you are (a) making progress toward that end (unemployment, various supplemental welfare programs like food stamps etc) or (b) can demonstrate you are unable to work.
