| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ALL of B&D tools are made overseas (nothing against oversea's manufactoring) and are made in Black and Decker Plants and Dewalt is made in NC, Mexico, Germany, and some in China, I think mainly chargers and batteries but not sure but the bottom like is that they are in different plants.
