| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Maybe its just unlucky to hit them at the wrong time but theres sort of a pattern building up to the slowness of this connection, before 9am is fine, intermittent until 12ish then bad again until around 2ish, and intermittent for the rest of the day... if the building is fully occupied then its worse, user overload perhaps! lol
