| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I understand the potential need for a capias (or bench warrant for those of youse in States where they no longer use Latin) for a witness who will not come to court after he has shown a willingness to skip the court date; I might even agree with the use pretrial if there is an extreme case and the use is very tightly controlled and monitored.
