| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) Except as provided in this act, the town administrator shall appoint and may remove all other department heads, including those that serve with an appointed board, commission or committee, and other employees for whom no other method is provided under this act, and shall approve the appointment and removal of all other employees pursuant to the General Laws or this act.
