| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (iv) In the event that the offer of an alternative holiday is not accepted by the Consumer, in writing, within such time as shall be determined by the Organiser, from the date of the offer of the alternative holiday the Organiser shall assume that the Consumer has declined such offer and the Consumer shall only be entitled to return of payments made.
