| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - How sad. reply Raffi 5 years ago Well, on the West Virginia issue???To be fair, the Governor is addressing ???all Virginians??? today ??? so in other words, West Virginia is not part of his audience, so that particular criticism seems a bit unfair to me.Also, note that while indeed West Virginia left the Union by 1863, they weren???t exactly against secession in 1861.
