| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (iii) The animal , vehicle, vessel or other conveyance used in carrying such stocks of rice or paddy if he has reason to believe that such animal, vehicle, vessel or other conveyance is liable to be forfeited under the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and thereafter, without unreasonable delay, make a report to the Collector under the provisions of section-6A of the said Act.
