| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - My problem with this is 2 things, there is a statement made that with these bracelets being used they can find out as soon as they drink or tamper with it as it happens which in fact he wasn't notified or talked to for a week at which time he could not have gone and done a UA to prove his innocence which basically it goes to show that you are proven guilty first vs. not guilty.
