| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (3) to hold the United States harmless for any claims arising from exposure to hazardous material, including asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls, after the retransfer of the vessel to the recipient, except for claims arising before the date of the transfer of the vessel to the Government of Greece or from use of the vessel by the United States after the date of the retransfer to the recipient.
