| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am not here to have someone explain the rules to me, I am trying to make a case that some kinds of questions that are relevant to the industry, and difficult to answer through independent research, should belong somewhere on SO. If the rules can never change, and nobody wants to discuss them, then that should be stated somewhere so people like me will not bother bringing it up.
