| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not know if it was related, but another issue at that time was that half of my users had upgraded to Snow Leopard (OSX) which was the first native 64bit OS for Mac, and their version of Firefox was 64bit but Adobe had not yet released a 64bit plugin for Firefox, so it was forcing the app to open in Preview or other default PDF viewer.
