| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - countered so far to be rather a miserable unsmiling and on occasion surly bunch with little concept of customer service and we felt that the 'have a nice day' culture experienced in the states is a few years away yet. (thats certainly not a bad thing in my book)But possibly a few more smiles returned by shop assistants or anyone 'serving' the public would improve the visitors experience greatly.To
