| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - cannot afford it. and to see a third world nation such as cuba be way ahead of the US in important issues like this, they have free health care and if not better, the same health indicators of the US with a way lower gdp. the bottom line here is the US needs to prioritize their schedule and take care of their citizens before they decide to go take care of outher nation's problems.
