| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (h) The provisions of this section shall not apply to any state agency or political subdivision of the state other than a municipality for which the total value of all contracts or portions of contracts of the types enumerated in subsection (b) of this section is anticipated to be equal to ten thousand dollars or less.
