| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have seen on other sites where several people have called in and been told that and I have since sent in several rebates without upcs and had no problem getting my refunds (well except for the 20% of the time when they ignore that I am in a nbpr state, send me a denial and I have to call in to straighten it out - lol).
