| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (4) If a processor fails to deduct and pay the grade and price adjustment under subsection (3) to Alberta Milk, the amount of the grade and price adjustment and any interest is a debt due to Alberta Milk by that processor and may be recovered by legal action.
