| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (4) A person who claims a priority, as prescribed in Article 54, in making an application for a patent under paragraph (1) may, notwithstanding the provision of paragraph (4) of said Article, submit such documents as prescribed in said paragraph to the Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office within three months after he makes the dual application.
