| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I can certainly see the bands in your image, but do not have a clue what they are--never seen anything like it.Just a guess, but is it possible it has something to do with the combination of light source and shutter speed, sort of like the old problem of phtographing a TV picture?
