| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The point is the behavior of White Cubans then is the same as it is now and it is more or less the behavior of the White (ish) Latin American elite in general (However, I have noticed that the elite in Mexico, even when they are lily white, are far more nationalist then others in Latin America) and that is why Latin America is a basket case going nowhere.
