| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have also been known to lie, lack of a better word, to a family member because I felt the scene wasn't the best place to tell them i.e. children around, scene hectic, person needed to drive, person is a suspect, need the person off scene to figure out what happened, person mentally needs to be in a more controlled environment like a hospital to be told.
