| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (e) Any pledge made by the state pursuant to sections 22a-475 to 22a-483, inclusive, is a statutory pledge and shall be valid and binding from the time when the pledge is made, and any revenues or other receipts, funds or moneys so pledged and thereafter received by the state shall be subject immediately to the lien of such pledge without any physical delivery thereof or further act.
