| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Read, Google is not penalizing ONLY those that sell links or buy links, Google is penalizing THOSE that try to TRICK their algorithm, and by PUBLIC ALLY asking for people to link to your site in a contest to win a price is what I would call tricking the system (apparently thats what Google thinks too).
