  • In cases in which CUNY has found that an employee has threatened, harassed, or abused an intimate partner at the workplace using CUNY resources such as work time, workplace telephones, FAX machines, mail, e-mail or other means, said employee will be subject to corrective or disciplinary action in accordance with existing collective bargaining agreements, statutes and regulations.
