| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - And it???s hard to imagine how any university could be damaged as an institution by upholding such a policy: I guess the only reason to oppose it would be a conflict of interest on part academic and administrative staff who have a personal interest in preserving the publishing system as it is, for example by being involved with the journals themselves.
