| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The free TV licence for the over 75s is a no brainer, and again should be extended to the chronically sick and disabled and perhaps it helps families where OAP???s go and live with their kids in a sort of virtual granny flat, something which I believe should be encouraged space permitting like after their kids have moved out.
