| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Um, I was under the impression the 2 degrees C warming thing had nothing whatsoever to do with whether people could survive better or worse outside their houses, but to do with the increased risk of hideous and nasty changes to weather, climate, sea level, ecologies, deserts, rainforests, oceans etc etc concommitant with more than 2 degrees C (global average) warming.
