| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I???m not 100% against replay or other technology, particularly if it were implemented intelligently (which is my biggest worry given the current regime), but I think that the umpiring isn???t as broken as some people think and that improvements could be made without a wholesale overhaul and minimization or elimination of the player-umpire dynamic throughout the game.
