  • Unfortunately there are way too many questions for me to be of any real help, but my general ideas are that relaxation is key and letting your body eat as much as it needs, including fat and carbohydrates in whatever portion you crave (it might be best to try to approximate the macronutrient ratio you were eating before when you menstruated regularly).
