| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I guess what I should have said is I will not ride trails with somebody who refuses to wear a helmet because part of riding with somebody is assuming that you will help them if there is a problem and if they choose to put themselves in a compromised position I do not want to have to pick up the pieces.
