| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Although I am personally troubled by this current cultural shift towards delaying kindergarten (gap between rich and poor, youngest and oldest increases as a result), I do recognize that for some families, waiting is the right decision, especially if the child is not able to sit still and receive instruction in a cooperative way.
