| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - probably like you I use a per point price plus , bonding plus CU etc etc to get a base price then I might tweak it a little if the installation is particularly eassy/difficult due to access/clutter etc etc. then I use that price as a final figure for the estimate.
