| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I don???t know about other parishes and dioceses but we here in Bethlehem are very clear that the diocese has a policy that every parish is expected to adhere to, that training is expected for people who work with youth and children, and there is a process that will be adhered to if there is a report.
