| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Try having those shutters closed (lets say it is just three rows that cover the entire radiator) and if two of those rows are stuck closed you can be dang sure down here your truck will not have anywhere near enough flow to keep it cool, especially in traffic and probably not even on the highway.
