| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - That seems to be changing with the introduction of apples such as Jona Gold and Honeycrisp and Royal Gala and other varieties that have a green, gold or orange-yellow ???ground colour??? with perhaps a red or reddish blush over that.This is a heritage variety named Kestrel, about which I know very little, but it is fairly early and tasty.
