http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - What would be the main reason for the inconsistencies.Same milk, my fresh raw goat milk.Same culture, same recipe, same aging temp.I can make 3, 5 gallon wheels on Monday and another 3, 5 gallon wheels on Friday and when I open them 4 months later they taste like two different types of cheese, not bad but different.Thanks for any thoughts
