| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - the French and the Germans will keep deciding things as long as the union remains intergovernmental. there is an alternative with directly elected institutions with a limited mandate on EU-wide matters (such as the single market, the environment, cross-border infrastructure) but this is something the Brits (and many others) resent too.
