  • I was able to boot and install the Mint CD XFCE edition, however, since i do not like XFCE i went with Ubuntu 8.04.1, wich will boot and install.As for the hardware, everything worked out of the box, except wlan, wich was easily solved by using the ndiswrapper (wich is standard in Mint).Even Compiz works good if you do not go overboard with effects.
