| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Joe it is not always Liberals.In very Conservative neighborhoods, if someone, or something looks out-of-place, or anything unusual......is not always tolerated well.If I live in an all-White neighborhood (I do) and I saw a Black man ambling/shuffling down the street, I might call the police and tell them there is a strange man who looks out-of-place in the general surroundings.it is unfair.
