| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - should help a little on the cooling bit, allowing me to push it a little more. the only other thing i can think of that is causing your problem is the wire or your battery is not giving out enough power. but the battery thing is not likely. the wire could be. see if you have any really small wire and as said, check wire temps. they will tell you if the wires are an issue.
