| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - this is a lovely ice cream! i have made it a couple of times now with local pears and local milk. :) it is a crowd pleaser... one of the more popular ice creams of the many i have made since upgrading to the no-need-to-prefreeze the canister model. i have strained the pulp and not/left it chunky -- both are good, but if the pear is a particularly fibery type, it is not as good.
