| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - My boys are 4.5 and they are allowed to play out front without me, and they are allowed to go across the street to the mom and boys over there (usually there is a group of kids over at that house since the mom sits out front and watches them) and a couple of occasions i have let them go inside their house.
