| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If you access one of our Apps on or through a third party platform, such as Apple's App Store, Google Play and other third party platforms (any, an App Platform), you and AG acknowledge that (a) you enter into this Agreement with AG only, and not with the App Platform, (b) the App Platform is not a party to this Agreement, and (c) AG, not the App Platform, is responsible for the App.
