| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I feel very thirsty in the summer and my body just craves water. to keep healthy i take vitamin d pills and drink lots of water, juice, tea and other liquids and eat lots of cooling fruits. i wash my face twice a day with a natural face wash from body shop and always use sunscreen. my fave is the aveda tinted moisturizer with spf. also exfoliate twice a week with a pomegranate scrub.
