| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I understand what you are saying, but you must understand that it is very hard for any of us to offer advice when we can not do an in-person fitness assessment and talk with your doctor which is part of the process as to recommending what equipment you should or should not use, especially with anyone who has had not one, but two neck surgeries.
