| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - With all the factors in place for a hyperactive season, I do not see why numbers/forecasts should be lowered.I believe most people are considering to lower their numbers because the Atlantic is inactive at the moment, if there were a hurricane out there you would not be lowering your predictions.Amen!
