| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Having said that, I am bound to say that although I thought the Leader of the House raised the level of his speech a little in the last two or three minutes, the major part of it was a classic example of the negative and apologetic attitude to Europe which is largely responsible for the fact that the Government have been unsuccessful in rallying support for their European and other policies.
