| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - May 20, 2014 - 11:46 A levy for each wireless and landline, I think that is excessive - some households have multiple wireless phones and a landline, charging more then once per house hold is robbery - if there is a charge it should be equal for everyone.
