| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (d) All parking fines imposed upon persons other than students attending the university collected by the university pursuant to this section prior to July 1, 2001, shall be remitted to the town of Mansfield and a share of such fines as determined under an agreement between the university and the town shall be returned to the university.
